A major national building services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Planner to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across its Yorkshire region.

This is a key permanent appointment and would suit someone with strong construction planning experience, ideally gained directly within the M&E / building services sector. However, the company would also consider someone from a main contracting background, provided they have strong MEP knowledge and a good understanding of building services sequencing, coordination and delivery.

The role is designed to bring planning capability in-house, supporting project teams with robust programmes, sequencing, progress reporting and delivery strategy.
