Position Overview

            Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities between Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, Finance and Clients 
Plan and monitor manpower allocation across multiple projects 
Track project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule 
Follow up on material requests, procurement status, deliveries and site requirements 
Coordinate site access permits, gate passes, work permits and client approvals 
Monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals and project documentation 
Conduct regular follow-up with site teams and prepare progress reports 
Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling and resource management 
Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover activities 
Identify project delays, risks and resource constraints and escalation as required 
Maintain project records, correspondence and documentation
