About the Client A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services , based in Dubai.
Job Description - Manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of MEP packages from estimation to final account settlement.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate supplier/subcontractor bids.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, payments, and cost control activities.
- Support value engineering, risk management, procurement, and project reporting functions.
Qualifications - Male, Asian national, 45 years old or below.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
