Job Summary Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on Pre Tender cost estimation. Other duties include contract administration to support construction projects.
Responsibilities - Take care of MEP scope in tender; namely ACMV, Fire alarm and prevention, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical
- Prepare detailed BQ and costing for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
- Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
- Liaison with other function within the company to facilitate tender submission in time.
- Apply Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills to produce technical drawings that meet project specifications
