Position Summary

:The MEP Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle. Working within the PMC team, the MEP QS will support the Client in monitoring contractor costs, evaluating variations, validating payment applications, and ensuring commercial compliance to achieve project budget and delivery objectives
