Technical & Operational Management

• Supervise and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting.
• Oversee electrical systems including LV panels, DBs, UPS, generators, lighting, elevators, and generators.
• Manage plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, and water pumps.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and as‑built layouts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, permits, and safety protocols.
• Manage soft services operations and teams, including cleaning and landscaping activities.
• Manage renovation projects, extensions, and space utilization to ensure efficient planning, execution, and alignment with operational requirements.
