Job Purpose:

Supervising of all PPM & Reactive works

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps motors panel boards HVACunits chillers BMS etc.
• Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit mechanical pump/ motorexhaust fan motors and plumbing.
• Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
• Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
• Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensurethe correct services are delivered.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.
