**Position Overview:**

The Merchandise Operations Lead Ambassador will support the operational functions of the support center, store, replenishment process and stock room; including maintaining inventory accuracy, e-commerce fulfillment, truck transportation, handling customer queries, adhering to the opening and closing checklists/SOPs, ensuring the store standards throughout the daily shift, performing general stockroom duties and replenishing the sales floor.
