The Merchandiser ensures strong in-store execution across assigned retail stores, primarily supporting Modern Trade and Kiosk by maintaining product visibility, stock availability, and promotional compliance.

This role also provides roving execution support during campaigns and priority periods , reinforcing sell‑out initiatives, monitoring execution quality, and providing structured field feedback. Working closely with the Retail Execution Lead, this role acts as the eyes and support layer on the ground to ensure consistent in-store execution.
