- Source/develop new items and negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Assist in developing optimum product mix, market research, market competitor analysis, and data analysis.
- Sales forecasting, budget management, and sales performance analysis reports.
- Monitor and implement effective inventory control.
- Identify problems and propose an improvement plan.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising Manager.
