Position Overview

            Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory data 
Consolidate regional monthly merchandising reports and ensure data accuracy 
Maintain and update product master data in internal systems 
Take part in UAT for systems projects 
Product & Sample Coordination Coordinate product sample shipments and delivery arrangements 
Prepare and submit Delivery Notes (DN) and POs in relevant systems 
Track sample movements and maintain proper documentation 
Liaise with logistics partners couriers for timely dispatch 
Tracking invoices from courier services and vendors 
Verify updated/latest approved final salesman sample 
Operational Support Support in showroom set up/management for business meetings 
Assist in verifying charges (e.g., courier invoices, vendor billings) 
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes
