Category Management:
Take ownership of the shelves.
Identify missing “hero” products and ensure product mix is always ahead of competitors,
review slow moving SKU and activate clearance to reduce damage to business, aggressive
to approach newest or NPD which is suitable to business format, maintain
appropriate no. of SKU/listing to ensure fulfil customer demand while keep
inventory healthy. Pricing and Benchmarking:
Conduct regular market price
checks. Set the RRP (Retail Price) for our items to ensure we stay competitive
while protecting our margins.Conduct regular check on
products, promotion and display strategies, and analyse retail trends and
customer behaviours. Supplier Negotiation and
