The Merchandising Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the overall merchandising vision and strategic direction for the brand. This role oversees merchandise planning, buying, inventory optimization, and commercial performance to support business growth and profitability. The incumbent will lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, while managing key functions including Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, assortment strategy, pricing, sales and stock performance analysis, inventory management, and purchase cycle coordination. The role also ensures accurate reporting and effective execution of merchandising initiatives aligned with the brand’s objectives. Working closely with the Planning, Operations, Inventory & Logistics, and Marketing teams, the candidate will play a key role in achieving sales, margin, and inventory targets, while supporting impactful product-led marketing initiatives and delivering a strong customer proposition across the business.
