Position Overview
Responsibilities:
β’ Identify new markets and customers while building trust-based relationships to facilitate long-term business opportunities.
β’ Guide and mentor Account Managers on acquisition strategies, operations, and professional development.
β’ Conduct on-ground immersion and research to size opportunities and develop partner hitlists.
β’ Influence sales and aftersales processes to ensure nimble operations and high-quality governance.
Qualifications:
β’ At least 10+ years of work experience in Sales.
β’ Solid background and experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.
β’ Proven track record in strategic leadership and managing a sales organization.
