The MES Procurement Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the full procurement lifecycle, with a primary focus on developing and managing solicitations such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This includes conducting market research, drafting procurement documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping to ensure compliance with applicable territory, state, and federal policies.
