**The Meta Merchandising and Support Representative is a hybrid role responsible for delivering high-quality in-store merchandising execution while also supporting remote L2 support center operations and quality control initiatives.**

**This position dedicates approximately 70% of time to in-store merchandising execution within assigned retail locations. The remaining 30% is performed remotely from a home office, supporting troubleshooting, case management, and quality control activities.**

**Schedule and Key Responsibilities:**

+ **20-24 hours per week; Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remotely as Support Representative.**
