Description of Work

As a Metabolic Modeler (Temporary), you will:

Creative and validate genome-scale metabolic models using our in-house software for various immune and disease cell types of interest.

Analyze transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics data and their integration to contextualize the genome-scale metabolic models for different organisms.

Integrate omics and metabolic modeling analysis.

Conduct biological interpretation of modeling results in the context of the project objectives.

Within the UNL system, this position is categorized as an M/P Temp worker.
