Metallurgical Technician

We are seeking a passionate Metallurgical Technician to join our Growth and Sales team in Melrose. You will work closely with the client, process, and sales team to develop flowsheets, size equipment, model processes, and conduct test work on mine sites and in laboratories. The role includes significant domestic travel (up to 50‑70% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and assist with test work programs on mine sites and laboratories
• Provide ongoing support to technology users and key stakeholders
• Advise on all facets of project development and execution, including test work, analysis, equipment sizing, flowsheet development/modelling, commissioning, and post‑commissioning support
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Support the development, marketing, investigation, and implementation of our technologies
