Job Summary

We are seeking a Metallurgical Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist, this role is responsible for providing metallurgical support to the operations and metallurgical department, with the goal of improving plant performance, stability, and overall efficiency. This position is based in Geraldton, Ontario on a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide metallurgical and technical support through process plant projects and troubleshooting activities.
• Establish and maintain quality control programs, operating procedures, and control strategies.
• Ensure the process plant meets targets for throughput, recovery, and product quality in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Analyze processing plant samples to improve plant performance.
