Metals Trader

Location: Geneva

Reports to: Global Head of Metals Trading

The Trader will be responsible for managing and executing metals trading activities across multiple markets markets, ensuring optimal pricing, risk management and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute metal trades in line with the company’s trading strategy.
• Monitor global metals markets and provide insights on pricing trends and market dynamics.
• Work in close collaboration with the market analysis team to ensure the company’s internal models are an accurate representation of market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and market counterparties.
• Coordinate with the operations and middle office teams to ensure smooth trade execution and accurate PnL reporting.
• Prepare market reports, trade performance analysis and risk assessments.
