Position Overview

            RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead and supervise daily operations of the metrology laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely calibration, measurement, and inspection activities. 
Manage and maintain calibration systems in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025). 
Develop, implement, and monitor calibration schedules for all measurement and test equipment (M&TE). 
Ensure traceability of measurements to national and international standards. 
Review and approve calibration reports, measurement data, and uncertainty analyses. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement accuracy, efficiency, and laboratory processes. 
Train, mentor, and evaluate metrology technicians and staff. 
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support product validation and process control.
