Customer Service Representative - EFF

General Description

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the handling of all funding activities for a group of assigned accounts. Is also the main point of contact for our clients and are responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship.
• Works as part of a team in a fast‑pace high‑impact environment, works to help grow the client relationship and is responsible for the day‑to‑day communication with them. Collaborates with credit, collections, operations and various internal departments to resolve clients issues or concerns
