Overview

  • Lead Manufacturing Excellence Agenda under TPM umbrella in Plant to deliver Best in Class efficiencies. 
  • Drive TPM culture by making Pune Factory as TPM CoE.
  • Act as facilitator for TPM activities 
  • Drive lean manufacturing concept in factory
  • Drive and monitor plant led productivity projects in Power Steering
  • Deliver at least 1 Green Belt projects every year
  • Mentor Kaizen Leader/GB projects
  • Design and Lead Quarterly Manf. Excellence Engagement Programs.
  • Engage with Region LSS and Manf. Excellence Leads and drive horizontal replication of Best Plant Practices.
