Position Information:

The Mgr APP Clinical is responsible for operational performance and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NP/PA ) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division. In addition this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality patient experience clinical outcomes financial outcomes new services regional development referral development clinical operations and medical staff interactions with the group/team. In their leadership role the individual will work closely with other Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Leaders physicians APPs nursing administration recruiting clinical and financial staff compliance and marketing.
