Responsibilities - Develop and implement Headers, Connectors, HEMS & Contactors manufacturing engineering strategy to establish operations as a competitive advantage; lead Engineering team to meet and exceed KPIs of manufacturing area.
- Lead strategy to improve equipment safety, performance, OEE, PFMEA robustness, COPQ reduction, Safety, between other KPIs.
- Support current & introduction of new product and processes within the Engineering Organization.
