Demand and Supply
•Demand visibility and Business attainment: Business revenue plan ( considering product evolution plan: NPI, Mature, EOL), Attainment status. Gap/risk, impact and action plan
•Mid term supply gap evaluation, business impact and action plan
•Allocation for global supply issue.
•SR review: Drive monthly SR process for product in charged. Understand product life cycle and development plan with product team, Define SC management approach based on product life cycle to balance and optimiz...
