**Key Responsibilities**

+ Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and procedural compliance with safety as the top priority.

+ Ensure efficient workflow, optimal manpower utilization, and effective allocation of resources to minimize operational disruptions.

+ Oversee maintenance activities on aircraft, engines, avionics, and components in compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards (EASA, FAA, CAAS, and other applicable authorities).

+ Promote and support Workplace Health, Safety, Environmental programs, and Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

+ Review safety trends, audit findings, and corrective action requests; implement corrective and preventive actions to address operational risks.
