Provides direction and leadership for pharmacy services at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, overseeing daily operations, clinical services, and support services with the aid of a pharmacy supervisor. Leads and manages site and system-wide pharmacy projects focused on quality improvement, technology optimization, and process standardization. Co-leads a Pharmacy Council subcommittee and works collaboratively with system Directors of Pharmacy and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain progressive, best-practice pharmacy services.
