HANAE ITALIAN PTE. LTD. is opening a new family-style Western/Asian fusion restaurant in Singapore's CBD in 2026. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our senior management team to oversee Back of House operations.

This role requires at least 15 years of total Back of House experience, including a minimum of 10 years in fine dining at a MICHELIN starred establishment. Candidates should possess strong culinary skills and a proven ability to innovate in the kitchen.
