M365 L2 Support Engineer
and manage, support and administer hybrid Microsoft 365 environments for customers in a regulated financial institution. Serve as the primary escalation point for M365-related incidents, ensure service continuity and maintain a security-first approach across Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID.
Responsibilities
Triage and resolve L2 escalations across Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID
Administer hybrid identity including Azure AD Connect sync health, Conditional Access troubleshooting and MFA
Manage user lifecycle, mailbox administration, license assignments and Teams/SharePoint governance
Support Exchange hybrid coexistence including mailbox migrations, mail flow and certificate renewals
