Summary

At Avanade, the IAM & IGA Associate Manager will help clients strengthen their identity security posture by designing, implementing, and enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities across enterprise and cloud environments. In a client‑facing consulting role, you will assess identity maturity, deliver scalable IGA solutions, and guide organisations on secure access governance, automation, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly support digital transformation initiatives and enable secure, well‑governed identity ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IGA capabilities including access reviews, attestation, role‑based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, and joiner–mover–leaver (JML) automation.
