We are seeking an experienced CoPilot Studio Agentic Developer to join our team as a Level 3 (L3) Support Resource, serving as the final escalation point for complex technical issues related to Microsoft Copilot Studio-based agentic solutions.

This role involves advanced incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous enhancement of agentic solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling incidents, service requests, and escalations related to Copilot Studio agentic solutions;
• Performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes for complex technical issues;
• Managing Power Platform solution deployments, environment management, and ALM processes;
