Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery: Configure software and lead/support client onboarding, data validation, and go-live phases.
• Project Support: Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional system setups.
• Quality Assurance: Execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and defect tracking to ensure delivery standards.
