Responsibilities

• Work in the Civil and Criminal Litigation Unit of Sicredi's Administrative Center (CAS), based in Porto Alegre, serving the central and local cooperatives that make up the Sicredi system, overseeing, conducting and managing the portfolio of judicial credit recovery cases under the unit's responsibility.
• Monitor, lead and manage judicial credit recovery and judicial reorganization (recuperação judicial) proceedings in coordination with external law firms, guiding and directing defense, appeals and settlement strategies.
• Analyze scenarios and various situations from the perspective of the courts, using interpretation of legislation, doctrine and up-to-date case law to provide input and alternative perspectives in the decision‑making process, assessing risks and proposing viable solutions for internal clients.
