Job Description – Mid-Level Urban Planner
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare master plans, development plans, and urban design proposals for city-level and regional projects.Conduct land use analysis, zoning studies, infrastructure assessments, and urban growth projections.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including urban designers, architects, transportation planners, and engineers.Support preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, policy documents, and planning reports.Develop GIS-based planning analysis, spatial mapping, and data interpretation.Participate in stakeholder consultations, client meetings, and presentations.Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, development control regulations (DCR), and statutory requirements.Assist in project implementation, monitoring, and coordination with government agencies.<...
