Our Employment Group is seeking an associate with 5+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling for our New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience in and aptitude for advising employers (including and especially early and mid-stage start-up companies) on a wide variety of employment law issues, including, but not limited to, wage/hour, terminations, reductions in force, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, worker classification assessments, and preparation or review of employment agreements and policies, including offer letters, handbooks, compensation plans, and separation agreements.
