Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of projects valued between £300k–£10m across diverse sectors.

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.

Assist with site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Attend site visits, design team meetings, and client presentations.

Ensurepliance with UK Building Regulations and sector‑specific standards.
