Apart from L1 activities, L2 will help L1 in any of the activities.Installation and configuration of WebSphere and IBM http servers.Creation of Data sources, Clusters and adding of servers to cluster.Creation of JMS servers, Deployment activities.Trouble shooting application slowness and provide the necessary action plans.Creation of CR for configuration changes on servers.Applying Security Patches.Creation of POA and roll back plans for any changes.To make configuration related changes.Preparation & making necessary changes on servers for DR Drill ActivitiesTo work on closure towards Hardening and VA related points.Migration and Upgradation of WebSphere and IBM/Apache http server.Creation and renewal of SSL Certificates.Integration of WebSphere with webserver IBM/Apache http serverTo Stop and Start the WebSphere Standalone and Cluster servers as per SOP.
