**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder responsible for laying out and welding structural steel to build metal structures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld and cut black carbon and galvanized steel, interpreting blueprints.
+ Operate hand tools, grinders, and be willing to learn basic shop machinery.
+ Ensure products are manufactured according to prints.
+ Maintain a neat and clean workspace in accordance with 6S leadership standards.
+ Adhere to and comply with all company safety requirements.
+ Read and understand schematics and blueprints.
+ Proficient in reading basic blueprints and weld symbols.
+ Read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
+ Operate vehicles, mechanical devices, or equipment.
+ Pass 3g/4g test in MIG welding, focusing on vertical/uphill and column welds.
+ Train other new welders as part of the job duties.
