**MIG Welder – 2nd Shift**

We are seeking motivated MIG Welders to join a fast-paced, team-oriented fabrication environment. This position involves building custom industrial equipment such as conveyors, stairs, and handrails in a brand-new, clean facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on materials ranging from light gauge steel to structural components
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to complete assigned projects
+ Work closely with engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality standards
+ Assist in the prep department, including measuring, cutting, and material handling
+ Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and brake presses
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum 6+ months of **on-the-job MIG welding experience**
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
