We are presently recruiting for a MIG Welder for our clients in County Kerry. Working on technical drawings, you will be required to inspect welds for quality and ensure safety throughout the welding process. You will have 2+ years previous experience and will have strong knowledge of Reading technical drawings. This is a full time, permanent position based in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum components.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.Prepare materials and equipment for welding tasks.Set up and operate welding machines and related tools.Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance using measuring tools and visual inspection.Perform grinding, cutting, or cleaning tasks on welded materials as needed.Follow health and safety procedures at all times, includ...
