Description
This role will entail the monitoring of built facility capacities & analysis of capacity planning drivers to meet intended customer experience, serviceability, quality, and financial/profitability outcomesDUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the support team for the End to end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services.
Coordination within Globe support groups to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
Works with the operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed.
Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects
Reports generation, analysis, and presentation
Close monitoring of all product related information from the assigned project.
