Job Description
This role will entail monitoring built facility capacities and analysis of capacity planning drivers to meet intended customer experience, serviceability, quality, and financial/profitability outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads the support team for the end-to-end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services.
- Coordinate within Globe support groups to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed.
- Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects.
- Generate, analyze, and present reports.
- Close monitoring of all product related information from the assigned project.
- Represent Core Product team in assigned project discussions related to data gathering, monitoring and updates.
