SAIC is seeking a **Future Concepts Developer** located in **Pearl City, Hawaii** to support **USINDOPACOM** to research and analyze military strategies and trends to develop innovative concepts while creating clear written materials, collaborating with teams and leaders to refine ideas, and present concepts to stakeholders.

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

+ Conduct in-depth research on military strategies, doctrines, and emerging trends to gather relevant information for concept development.
+ Analyze and synthesize complex data to create well-informed and effective military concepts tailored to USINDOPACOM’s mission.
+ Produce high-quality written materials, including concept papers, reports, presentations, and proposals, that clearly communicate complex military concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
