Position Overview

Mill Supervisor in Cambridge, Ontario. Will report directly to the Mill Manager and be responsible for mill‑related activities, ensuring tasks are executed to company standards. The role primarily oversees the milling process, provides support and guidance to millers, and assists with work‑scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise milling operations with the Mill Manager, assist with training, inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor, control, and improve efficiencies of the mill through communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration with staff.
• Ensure all mills are running optimally and assist hourly millers with daily performance checks.
• Plan and prepare for sanitation work orders and maintenance during downtime.
