Strategic Planning & Scheduling
 

• Capacity Mapping: Analyze and calculate the production capacity of various departments

• Master Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain the MPS to ensure all customer orders are scheduled based on priority, delivery dates, and machine availability.

• Time & action Management: Create and monitor the Time & Action Calendar for every order, tracking milestones from lab-dip approval to final packing.
