**Job Title: Millwright**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment within a heavy manufacturing environment. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of machinery and systems, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and paper recycling equipment, while ensuring safe work practices and adherence to all applicable standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
+ Install, troubleshoot, and repair machinery such as conveyors, agitators, gear boxes, motors, paper recycling machines, valves, pumps, switch gears, clutches, jackshafts, rolls, and splicing equipment.
+ Carry out welding work (MIG, stick, and TIG) for maintenance projects and fabrication tasks as needed.
+ Fabricate parts and components for projects and jobs to support maintenance and production needs.
