Position Summary

The Caterpillar MineStar Application Specialist is a mine site‑based role where you work hand in hand with our customers. You will ensure the Command for Hauling equipment and system is working at optimum performance, troubleshoot issues in the field, and work with a multidisciplinary team to rectify faults. You also identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Caterpillar engineering team to drive product improvements.

What You Will Do:

• Implement MineStar® Command and maximize system performance.
• Become a trusted advisor for the customer through close collaboration internally and externally.
• Support and advise MineStar® Command Office Supervisors, Builders, Controllers and Pit Technicians on all aspects of Minestar® system performance, including minimizing downtime.
