ABOUT THE ROLE Our client, a leading mining technology solutions business, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to operations. The role carries responsibility for safe project delivery, operational performance, financial results, client satisfaction and workforce leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO) Lead day-to-day contract operations across mining, drilling and raise-bore projects. Manage operational budgets, cost control, resources, equipment and workforce performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and community stakeholders. Drive SHEQ compliance, risk management and continuous operational improvement. Coordinate multidisciplinary support functions and provide accurate operational reporting. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric.
