PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide strategic leadership in the Mine Planning function by formulating, directing, and overseeing all planning activities of the mine. The role ensures full alignment with the company's strategic objectives and production targets, thereby maximizing operational compliance, efficiency, and sustainable performance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Degree/ Diploma or Formal Qualification in Mining Engineering, Survey and/or MRM certificate is essential.
Chamber of Mines Advance Certificate and/or Mine Overseer certificate would be an advantage.
At least a minimum of 4 years' Hard Rock Tabular Mining Related experience is essential and 2 years working experience as Mine Planner, Senior Surveyor and/or Shift Supervisor is essential
